Children's Theatre Foundation (CTF) was founded in 1981 as a non-profit organization to raise funds to support theatre arts programs for children in the community.  From 1981 to 2002, we supported programs such as a community based musical production, Ebenezer, based on Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol, written by Bob Voight, Gary Frame, and Glen Williams, and the Oregon Project, I Must Walk Toward Oregon, written by playwright Sandra Archer, in cooperation with area senior citizens and CET students.

In 2002, CTF was reorganized with an expanded mission to support theatre arts programs in the mid-Willamette Valley.  Through 2007, we have funded 15 programs with 685 students from grades kindergarten through high school directly participating in over 50 performances and including hundreds of members of the community viewing the performances.
